This little aqua cooling balm feels like pure satin on your lips and hydrates with anti-aging peptides, Vitamin A & E. Not only does it seals in lips moisture, but it creates the perfect color correcting canvas too. This means any lipstick you put over it will be true to color, plus it keeps it in place and gives the lipstick longer lasting power (boom).
