So, I'm super "pumped" about my latest beauty find. Stila's new Lush Lip Water Plumping Primer ($21)
This little aqua cooling balm feels like pure satin on your lips and hydrates with anti-aging peptides, Vitamin A & E. Not only does it seals in lips moisture, but it creates the perfect color correcting canvas too. This means any lipstick you put over it will be true to color, plus it keeps it in place and gives the lipstick longer lasting power (boom). Go ahead, kiss those dry winter lips goodbye and the only pout you'll be left with is a "power pout".
